Home / Services / Commercial Cleaning
Commercial CleaningA dental suite, a distribution floor and a 200 unit apartment community need three different programs, three different chemistries and three different schedules. Rocket Cleaning Solutions scopes each building on its own terms, which is why the first thing we do is come walk yours.
You get a line by line document naming what gets cleaned, how often, and who is responsible for it. That written scope of work is the reason our accounts do not quietly erode. When a task stops getting done, there is something to check against.
Frequency is set per area. Restrooms in a busy clinic get daily attention while the same clinic's storage rooms get a monthly pass. Paying for nightly service in a room nobody entered is how cleaning budgets get wasted.
Coverage
Every facility type carries its own rules, and the differences are not cosmetic.
Medical and dental
Treatment rooms get their own microfiber, color separated so a cloth never crosses from one room to the next. Waiting rooms turn over through the day, on a schedule built around patient flow.
Schools, churches and daycare
Low toxicity products in rooms where children spend the whole day. Gym floors, cafeterias and sanctuaries get cleaned around service times, practice schedules and nap rooms.
Warehouses and industrial
Open floor gets machine scrubbed. Racking and overhead surfaces get dust control on a rotation, because dust that settles on inventory becomes a customer complaint. Offices and breakrooms inside the building are scoped separately from the floor.
Retail and restaurants
Front of house glass, floors and restrooms handled before doors open. Back of house degreasing kept on its own frequency.
Offices and coworking
Covered in depth on our office cleaning page.
Not on this list? Tell us the building type. We have almost certainly cleaned one.
Property managers carry a problem office tenants never face. Residents are present at every hour, turnover lands without much warning, and the spaces judged hardest by prospective tenants are exactly the ones nobody on staff is assigned to watch.
We cover lobbies and mail rooms, corridors and stairwells, elevator cabs and tracks, fitness and laundry rooms, and trash rooms. Unit turnovers between leases can run on the same contract, which keeps the work with the crew that already knows your property instead of a third vendor you have to brief.
Leasing traffic decides what gets priority. If tours run Tuesday and Saturday mornings, the lobby and the model unit come first on Monday and Friday nights.
Most of our accounts run nightly or several nights a week after the building empties. Some run weekends only. Buildings that need coverage while people are still in them run a day porter alongside the night program, or on its own.
Access is settled before the first visit: keys, codes, alarm sequences, badge access, and who gets called if a code changes. Crews are assigned to your building and stay assigned to it, so you are not re briefing a stranger every few weeks, and the people who run your account stay the same.
Nights, weekends and holidays are normal for us. So is the 2am call about a flood nobody planned for.
Pricing is a flat monthly figure, quoted after we have walked the building. Nobody here prices a commercial account over the phone off a square foot number.
The walkthrough is free and carries no obligation. We look at traffic patterns, soil levels, floor types and the problem areas you already know about, then build the scope from what is actually there.

Questions
Anything not covered here, call and ask. We would rather answer it now than write it into a contract you did not expect.
Most commercial accounts run after hours, typically starting once the building empties in the evening. We also work weekends and holidays. If your building needs coverage while it is occupied, that is day porter work and it runs on a different schedule.
Yes. Crews are background checked and trained before they are assigned to a building. Rocket is also Google Guaranteed, which means Google ran its own screening on the business.
Yes, all three. Certificates are available on request, and we can name your property as an additional insured where your lease or management agreement requires it.
We walk the building first, then quote a flat monthly price against a written scope. Pricing reflects square footage, floor types, traffic, frequency and the specific areas you want prioritized.
Our office is downtown on East Costilla and we serve buildings across the Front Range. Call and tell us where the building is.
You contact the people who run your account directly. We debrief the crew after every clean, and a miss gets corrected before the next visit.
We look at the floors, the traffic patterns and the problem areas you already know about, then put a written scope and a flat monthly price in front of you.
